Atlas Website and Access Terms
Version 7 | 16 September 2026
Who we are and what these terms cover
Atlas is provided by Hoskins Digital Solutions Ltd, company number 15399629, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 40 Riders Lane, Havant, England, PO9 4QJ, United Kingdom. Contact Lisa Hoskins at lisa@hoskinsdigitalsolutions.co.uk or +44 7712 221363.
These terms govern the Atlas pages at hoskinsdigitalsolutions.co.uk/atlas and the main Atlas website and service at atlas-ecommerce-intelligence.com, including beta and subscription access when offered. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Hoskins Digital Solutions Ltd. “You” means the person or business entering the agreement. An accepted order or access invitation states your plan and scope. Additional channel modules are covered only when expressly included in your order. Atlas Compliance is a separate product with its own service scope and purchase terms; it is not included in an Atlas subscription.
Atlas is intended for business use by adults aged 18 or over. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it and connect its accounts. Calling the service a business product does not remove protections that apply to you under mandatory consumer or small-business law.
How the agreement is formed
You may browse the website subject to the website-use provisions of these terms. Browsing or applying for access does not create a subscription or authorise payment. A service agreement begins when you accept these terms and we confirm your order or access. Before acceptance you can review and correct your order. We provide a confirmation recording the plan, charges, duration and terms version in a form you can keep.
An accepted order or beta invitation governs the expressly agreed scope, duration and charges. Data processing terms govern customer-controlled personal information. These website and access terms govern other access matters. No order may remove mandatory legal rights. The Privacy Notice explains handling of personal information; acknowledging it is not consent to every form of processing.
We may decline applications where capacity, technical support, account eligibility or legal restrictions prevent access. We will not charge for an order we have not accepted.
Beta applications and access
You can apply for consideration for the Atlas beta. Applying is free and does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a paid place. Any participation limit, eligibility criteria and available places will be stated in the current invitation. We may ask about your products, ASINs, seller accounts and required features to assess suitability.
Before you pay, the invitation will explain the subscription charge, billing period, available features, usage allowances, support and any agreed testing or feedback expectations. Beta features may change, contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. We remain responsible for the contracted service and applicable legal duties.
Beta and Founders describe access plans, not permanent access rights. Any introductory price, eligibility period, later price and change date must be disclosed before purchase. We will not move you to a higher-priced plan or add services without the notice and consent required by these terms and applicable law.
Service scope and feature availability
Atlas supports seller research, commercial analysis, strategy and content creation. Depending on the release and access granted, features may include product and search research, available price monitoring, profitability estimates and scenarios, inventory recommendations, advertising proposals, localisation, claims checks, creative production, approvals and performance reporting.
Atlas launches with an Amazon package. Planned additional channel modules include Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Walmart and TikTok. Their availability, supported functions and connection requirements will be stated at release. Naming a planned integration does not promise a launch date, working connection or purchase entitlement.
The feature description provided before access identifies what is available, in development or dependent on third-party approval. A roadmap is not a promise that a feature is already supplied. Do not purchase solely in reliance on an uncommitted future feature.
Account eligibility, marketplace support, Amazon roles, Brand Registry, API availability and separate advertising permissions can affect functionality. Website access from a country does not mean every marketplace or feature is supported there. Atlas is independent of Amazon and is not presented as Amazon-certified or endorsed.
Research uses permitted sources and integrations. DataForSEO is integrated into the Atlas build; confirmation of its Amazon-data use remains outstanding. Keepa is a possible future integration. Neither inclusion in the build nor mention here guarantees availability or Amazon approval. Data may be delayed, incomplete, estimated or location-specific. Historical coverage is not guaranteed. Public availability does not authorise reuse; prohibited external Amazon-data uses are not offered.
Amazon permissions and service restrictions
Amazon's applicable platform rules govern what we can do with its services and information. Your instructions cannot override those restrictions. We may refuse or stop a prohibited action. We will not use manual uploads to bypass API policy restrictions. Where Amazon requires it, we block suspected misuse and notify Amazon. Amazon is not a party to your Atlas purchase and does not endorse or guarantee Atlas.
Account access and permissions
Provide accurate account and billing information, keep your credentials secure and use individual authorised team accounts. Use the multi-factor authentication required for your access. Notify us promptly if access may have been compromised. We will never ask for your Amazon password or another developer's access keys. Connect through Amazon's approved authorisation process.
Connect only accounts you own or have express authority to manage. We access only the information and permissions needed for the authorised features. You can revoke the connection through the relevant platform. Revocation stops new retrieval and may disable connected functions, but is separate from cancelling a subscription. To stop renewal as well, use the cancellation route below.
Access to a workspace does not authorise access to another seller's private information. You are responsible for managing your authorised users. We remain responsible for our own security and access-control obligations.
Your information and permitted processing
You retain your rights in the materials and information you provide. You grant us a limited right to host, process, analyse and transmit that material only as needed to supply the agreed service, follow lawful instructions and meet legal obligations. This is not a licence to sell your information or train shared models.
Private information from one connected seller account must not be shared with another connected seller account. We do not pool private account data, inputs, outputs or derived insights into cross-seller benchmarks, shared model training or recommendations for other sellers. Contracted AI suppliers may process limited information for your requested task, subject to appropriate restrictions, but may not train shared models on it. We do not promise zero supplier retention; permitted retention must be disclosed and compatible with our deletion duties.
You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis for material you provide, including images, trademarks and information about other people. Do not upload buyer personal information, unnecessary sensitive information, unlawful material or third-party credentials. We do not acquire rights that you do not hold.
The Privacy Notice explains our handling of personal information, including authorised staff and supplier access. The data processing schedule below applies where we process it on your behalf. We identify the relevant providers, purposes and international handling before that processing starts. Accepting these terms is not consent to unrelated marketing or optional tracking.
AI output and commercial decisions
AI output and research can contain errors, omissions or unsupported statements. Review content, evidence, numbers, intellectual property rights and product claims before using, publishing or relying on them. An evidence reference does not establish that a claim is legally permissible or factually complete.
Pricing views are decision support, not automatic repricing. Profitability reports and scenarios depend on supplied costs and available fees, returns and other records; incomplete inputs can produce incomplete estimates. They are not audited accounts or a replacement for accounting or tax advice.
Inventory recommendations depend on available stock and demand information and do not guarantee prevention of stockouts or excess stock. Advertising proposals and target plans do not guarantee rankings, revenue, return on advertising spend or profit. Compliance checks identify possible issues; they do not certify a product or provide a complete legal assessment for every market.
Before and after performance comparisons show observations, not proof that a change caused the result. Seasonality, price, promotions, advertising and other factors may affect outcomes. Nothing here excuses us from providing the contracted service with the care and quality required by law.
We identify AI-generated proposals as such and explain material calculation assumptions, source timing and relevant limitations. We apply appropriate validation before presenting business-critical recommendations. You remain responsible for your final business decisions; your review does not remove our own quality, security or contractual responsibilities.
Approvals and changes to seller accounts
Atlas will present publishing or account-change actions for the approval required by the feature. Approve only changes you are authorised to make and check the proposed scope. Approval for one action is not unlimited authority for unrelated changes.
An API submission may fail, be delayed, be altered by the platform or require further review. Submission is not a guarantee of publication or acceptance. Where a function only exports a file or proposal, you remain responsible for any separate upload or execution.
Keep your own essential business records and copies of approved assets. Where Atlas offers an export or change record, its scope is stated in the product. These terms do not promise that every platform change can be reversed.
Video packages and additional usage
Where your plan includes a full product video package, it comprises a listing product explainer, a Sponsored Brands video and a supported Sponsored Display video. Each is no longer than 30 seconds. One additional opening hook version is included for each base video, giving six final outputs for the complete package. Availability for your marketplace and account is disclosed before ordering; we do not silently substitute a different package.
An additional hook changes the opening message and corresponding opening visuals, on-screen text and narration as appropriate. It is not a second full concept or unlimited regeneration. The approved body footage may be reused. Narration, text and licensed music are supplied as described in the package; the video must remain understandable with sound off.
Further customer-requested hooks, alternative concepts, extra formats, longer revisions or other work outside the accepted package require a separately agreed usage purchase. Additional usage is charged only on the unit and price shown before you confirm. Technical failures or corrections needed to meet the agreed specification do not consume your included additional hook. A task paused by a generation limit is not treated as delivered. We will complete, restore the relevant allowance or provide an appropriate refund for work we cannot supply.
You must provide accurate product evidence and assets you have permission to use. Generated images, scripts and video must preserve supported product facts. Before publication, check product appearance, claims, captions, translations, music and any required AI disclosures against the destination marketplace and advertising rules. Platform approval and advertising eligibility are not guaranteed.
Pricing and purchase information
The applicable subscription price and currency are those displayed in your accepted order. Before you commit, we state the billing frequency, first charge date, automatic renewal, included features and allowances, taxes and total payable. A proposed price, illustration or unaccepted quotation is not your contract price.
Access continues for the paid subscription period, subject to these terms. Beta, Founders and Standard plans are recurring subscriptions when offered as such. A plan name does not promise a permanent price, unlimited use or entitlement to every future feature. These terms do not retrospectively cancel or convert any rights validly purchased under an earlier agreement.
Additional channel modules and separate products require their own disclosed entitlement and any agreed additional payment. We do not activate a paid addition without your express agreement. Cancelling an addition does not cancel your main Atlas subscription unless you also ask us to cancel it.
Before payment we disclose included users, connected seller accounts, ASINs, research and generation allowances, storage, support, exclusions and reset periods. Any usage unit, credit value, rollover or expiry rule and overage price must be stated before purchase. We do not promise unlimited non-video usage unless your accepted order expressly provides it.
We will also display the total payable, applicable taxes and any optional charges before you commit. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion charges under your separate arrangement with them. We do not add optional services or usage charges without your agreement.
Paid checkout is available only with a complete purchase description. Applying for access does not require payment. There are no automatic usage top-ups or undisclosed overage charges. Where a task would exceed your allowance, we show the additional charge and obtain agreement before starting it, or pause that task.
Monthly subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. Checkout states the amount, first payment date and renewal schedule and obtains your express agreement to recurring payment. We provide a confirmation you can retain. Any different billing period or minimum commitment must be expressly stated in your accepted order. A free trial, if offered, states its end date and any subsequent charge before you enrol.
You can cancel renewal through the online cancellation route made available with your plan or by emailing lisa@hoskinsdigitalsolutions.co.uk from your account email. We confirm cancellation. A cancellation received before the next renewal prevents that renewal; we will not impose a hidden advance cancellation deadline.
Unless a legal right or agreed refund applies, access continues to the end of the paid period after cancellation. Cancellation does not remove any statutory refund or other remedy. We provide renewal, price-change or trial-ending notices required by the law that applies to your purchase.
We give advance notice of any recurring price increase, its amount and effective date, with enough time to cancel before it applies. We obtain fresh consent where required. We do not retrospectively increase charges for a period already paid. If a payment fails, we notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before proportionate suspension, unless urgent protective action is required.
Consumer cancellation and remedies
If mandatory consumer law applies, your rights remain available regardless of the plan label or any other clause. Contact us if the service is not as described or has a fault so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
For UK or EU consumers with a statutory withdrawal right for an online service contract, the usual period is 14 days from concluding the contract. You can exercise it by emailing or writing a clear cancellation statement identifying your order. You may use: “I cancel my Atlas contract, ordered on [date], under the name [name] and account email [email].” A prescribed form is not mandatory for exercising the right. Where applicable law requires an online withdrawal function, we also provide that function during the withdrawal period and send an acknowledgement you can retain.
We do not treat account activation or acceptance of these terms alone as a waiver of withdrawal rights. If you ask us to start a service during the withdrawal period, any proportionate charge or loss of the right must meet the applicable legal conditions and be explained and expressly agreed in advance. Separate rules may apply to digital content. We provide required refunds within the applicable deadline using the original payment method unless lawfully agreed otherwise.
You may also use this cancellation form where a statutory withdrawal right applies: To Hoskins Digital Solutions Ltd, 40 Riders Lane, Havant, England, PO9 4QJ, United Kingdom; lisa@hoskinsdigitalsolutions.co.uk. I/We give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract for the supply of the following service: ____. Ordered on: ____. Name: ____. Address: ____. Account email or order reference: ____. Signature (only if submitted on paper): ____. Date: ____. Delete wording that does not apply.
In Australia, nothing excludes consumer guarantees or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. In New Zealand, nothing excludes applicable Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act protections. In Canada and the United States, mandatory provincial, territorial, state or federal protections, including any required subscription cancellation and refund rights, remain effective. There is no blanket “no refunds” term.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use Atlas to break the law, infringe rights, manipulate reviews, mislead customers, impersonate others, distribute malicious code, evade access restrictions or obtain another seller's private data. Do not resell restricted platform information or use Atlas to bypass Amazon or another provider's permissions and policies.
Your access licence is limited to the agreed users, scope and lawful business purposes. You must not copy or resell the service itself or reverse engineer it except where a legal right permits this. We retain rights in our software, interface and service materials.
As between you and us, you may use generated deliverables supplied under your access plan for your business, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. To the extent we own transferable rights in deliverables generated specifically for you, we assign those rights to you upon payment of any applicable agreed charges. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection or be unique. This clause does not transfer our software or rights belonging to third parties.
Third-party stock media, music, fonts and voices remain subject to their licences. We disclose material usage restrictions before supplying the asset. You may continue using deliverables already supplied and paid for after cancellation, subject to those licences and applicable law. This does not preserve access to Atlas, permit continued processing of restricted platform data or override a required takedown or deletion.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, we may use it to improve Atlas without payment, excluding confidential seller information and personal information beyond the disclosed purposes. We will not use your name, logo or feedback as a public testimonial without permission.
Service changes and ending access
We may make reasonable changes for security, legal compliance, maintenance or service improvement. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material adverse change where practicable and explain your options. Urgent protective action may require shorter notice. We will not use this clause to remove purchased rights unfairly. If we materially reduce a paid service and cannot provide an appropriate alternative, you may end the affected service and receive a proportionate refund for the unused prepaid period, without limiting other legal remedies.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, unlawful use, compromised security or loss of required platform permission. We will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it where appropriate and lawful. Restrictions will be proportionate to the issue. A third-party restriction is not automatic permission to keep payment for a service we cannot lawfully provide.
You may end access by contacting us and cancelling renewal. If we end a paid service without your material breach, we refund the unused prepaid period for the affected service, without limiting any further remedy required by law. Termination for breach does not create a blanket right to retain payments for undelivered service.
If we permanently discontinue Atlas, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable, stop future charges and refund the unused prepaid subscription period. We will explain available exports and the deletion timetable. Nothing in this clause removes remedies under an earlier accepted agreement or mandatory law.
On termination, we stop new authorised processing and handle retained information under the Privacy Notice, processing schedule and applicable platform duties. Amazon information is securely deleted within 30 days of the earliest applicable trigger: Amazon's deletion notice, revoked or removed authorisation, loss of our entitlement to process it, or termination or expiry of the relevant service participation. Copies held by suppliers are included. Any retention required by law is restricted to that legal purpose and must be permitted under the applicable rules. Export requests do not extend deletion deadlines. Records independently held by Amazon and content already published there are not deleted by closing Atlas.
Responsibility and disputes
We are responsible for performing our contractual obligations and for loss for which the applicable law makes us responsible. You are responsible for your own authorised business decisions and breaches. Neither party is responsible for loss caused solely by the other party's breach or for amounts the law does not require it to pay.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of non-excludable consumer guarantees, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms impose no blanket exclusion of liability, compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver.
Contact lisa@hoskinsdigitalsolutions.co.uk with a complaint and relevant details. We will investigate and explain our response. You do not have to complete an informal process before using a mandatory complaint, regulator or court right, and this process does not shorten any legal deadline.
Neither party may transfer the agreement in a way that reduces the other party's accrued rights or legal protections. We may transfer the service as part of a genuine business transfer only with appropriate notice and continued performance of our obligations; any required consent remains necessary. Neither party's delay in enforcing a right waives it.
English law governs the agreement subject to mandatory laws that apply to you. Courts in England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. A consumer retains the right to use courts and mandatory protections available where they live. Nothing restricts a right to complain to a regulator.
We communicate material revisions before they apply and obtain consent where required. Revisions do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. You can cancel renewal before an adverse contractual change takes effect. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude statements or remedies the law requires us to honour.
Data processing schedule
This schedule applies when we process personal information within customer data on your behalf. You are the controller or equivalent responsible customer; we are your processor or service provider for that processing. It does not cover our separate controller activities described in the Privacy Notice.
The subject is delivery of the Atlas features you activate. Processing includes collection through authorised connections, storage, analysis, generation, retrieval, export and approved transmission. It lasts for the agreed service period and the necessary deletion or lawful retention period. The purpose is to supply your requested seller service, not to build a shared private seller dataset. For any additional channel module, processing is limited to the purchased functions and the connections you expressly authorise; it does not begin merely because that channel is named in these terms.
Data subjects may include your authorised users, business contacts and identifiable sole traders referenced in permitted business records. Data may include business identifiers, contact information, user activity, product material and associated commercial records. Buyer personal information and unnecessary sensitive information are outside the intended processing scope.
We process only on documented lawful instructions, including for transfers, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We notify you of that legal requirement beforehand unless prohibited. We inform you if we consider an instruction unlawful and may pause the affected processing while it is resolved.
We bind authorised personnel to confidentiality and maintain appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including least-privilege access, individual authentication, encryption, logging, vulnerability management, incident response and secure deletion. We provide the applicable security information before processing and do not reduce agreed protections materially during the service.
You authorise only subprocessors identified in the provider schedule made available and accepted before the affected processing starts. It identifies each legal entity, service, data involved, purpose, processing and access locations, retention and transfer safeguards. We give advance written notice of additions or replacements and a reasonable opportunity to object on data protection grounds. We resolve an objection before the affected processing begins; if no suitable solution is available, either party may end that affected service with a refund for unused prepaid access. We impose equivalent relevant contractual protections and remain responsible for subprocessor obligations.
We assist you, taking account of the nature of processing and available information, with individual rights requests, security duties, impact assessments and regulatory consultation. We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data and provide available information and reasonable cooperation. We do not delay an initial notification until every detail is known.
We make information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance available and allow legally required audits by you or an independent auditor under reasonable confidentiality and security arrangements. Those arrangements must not frustrate a legally required audit.
At the end of processing, we return or delete personal information at your choice, including copies, unless law requires retention or a platform obligation requires earlier deletion. We restrict lawfully retained material to that purpose. Export rights do not extend mandatory retention limits.
We do not sell or share customer personal information for behavioural advertising, use it outside the agreed service or combine it with information from other seller accounts for a separate purpose. Where applicable US service-provider or processor laws apply, we provide the required level of protection, notify you if we can no longer meet it and allow reasonable steps to stop and remedy unauthorised use.
This schedule does not itself constitute EU Standard Contractual Clauses or a UK transfer instrument. Where a restricted transfer requires one, the applicable instrument must be completed and executed before that transfer.
